A CRY OF FREEDOM
The Kalahari, the largest sand desert on Earth, nonetheless supports lush plant life thanks to the omurambas, the beds of ancient rivers that still hold moisture. In the evening, when the sun sets and the starry vault takes over, you can hear the stars cry out as told in the Bushman legend.
Inspired by the ancestral symbol of the majestic baobab, whose millenary wood holds the whole history of Africa, this fragrance — whose woody notes are dialed here to an overdose — becomes almost tangible; you can sense the ribbed texture carved into that massive trunk rising to the touch. Thanks to the meticulous blend of sandalwood, cedarwood and a hint of patchouli irradiated by a streak of green pepper like stardust, this powerful fragrance is an intoxicating invitation to the arid lands of the Kalahari.

SONIA'S INSPIRATION
A narration of a time suspended within the folds of the Makgadikgadi, this fragrance burst forth like a cry. Of very simple vertical structure, it is composed of soaring notes. Green pepper precedes a blend of sandalwood and cedarwood to which I added a touch of patchouli that reveals the scents of the emblematic adansonia.
