At its heart, a core of darkness welcomes osmanthus and peony, wrapped in notes of geranium and magnolia, protected by labdanum absolute and amber nuances. The base on which this story rests is composed of vetiver, patchouli, cedarwood and sandalwood, musk, and leather. There are moments in life when one looks back, as if to capture a moment with the mind. Leaving a place forever means carrying memories with you, eternally. Buio Extrait de Parfum was designed, created, and assembled while listening at every step to the albums Empty by Nils Frahm and Ende Neu by Einstürzende Neubauten. There were days when my mind wandered, slowly drifting through thoughts and memories, only to be engulfed by time and become a prisoner of events. The first accord of this fragrance was born from the meeting of cade oil, carrot seeds, an enveloping incense, Cashmeran, and Suederal. From this blend arose the courage to transform the course of my thoughts, my existence, my life. Meanwhile, as this perfume took shape, I was reading texts on Shinto and listening to Nils Frahm. Each raw material was weighed with the necessary care, as if they were vital words to choose to tell someone something meaningful about my life; it was my story, my path, wrapped in darkness.”
