Accords : Sweet, spicy, animal, floral

The dual nature of every human being: the aspiration for perfection, innocence, the absence of error, a place untainted by sin on one hand, and the inevitable fallibility and the impossibility of amending mistakes on the other. The combination of white flowers and animal facets represents this dichotomy, as an invitation to embrace both idealism and imperfection as a very specific human characteristic.
Notes : grapefruit, green mandarin, orange blossom absolute, jasmine, extra ylang, mimosa, magnolia, cumin, cinnamon, coriander, ambergris, musk, castoreum, beeswax, iris butter, cistus absolute, opoponax, heliotrope, vetiver, sandalwood, patchouli, tonka bean.
It is a perfume extract, to be used sparingly as the concentration is 25%. It has a great longevity (12 hours on average).
Lost in Heaven depicts a dream sequence of an adult getting lost in paradise.
It represents the complexity of feelings that translate both the aspiration to a place of untainted innocence and unconditional love, and the inevitable and controversial burden of life, made up of feelings of sin and guilt - real or, worse yet, imagined.
This dichotomy, which lies at the heart of each soul, is represented by a selection of the most angelic notes: the magnificent absolutes of orange blossom and jasmine, as well as the sweet heliotrope, the creamy sandalwood, the sweet tonka bean, and many other notes that I consider to be heavenly.
The darker side is conveyed in a much more subtle way, not immediately detectable, by cumin and other spices, and a wide selection of animal notes, including a reconstruction of Tonkin Musk.
I had the idea to call this perfume "Feeling Good," because that is its purpose: to make you feel like you're in paradise, not an imaginary paradise, but a real place where you can finally confront your dark side, the heavy baggage you carry with you.
Fragile, sensual, emotional, without being technically greedy, it reminds me of a cake, rich in spices and with an aroma of orange blossom: not high-end pastry but the archetypal smell of a cake made by mom, with only good things inside;
