Delivery Areas
Orders placed on www.fragrancepassion.fr are delivered in France as well as internationally.
Shipping Charges
In France: free delivery on orders from 50 € onward. Below this amount, a shipping contribution of 8,80 € applies.
Internationally: free delivery on orders from 130 € onward. Below this amount, shipping charges are calculated according to the destination and shown to you before your order is confirmed.
The exact amount of the shipping charges applicable to your order is displayed when you complete it, before payment.
Delivery Times
Orders are prepared and then dispatched as promptly as possible. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days in metropolitan France from dispatch. International delivery times vary depending on the destination.
In accordance with Article L.216-1 of the Consumer Code, your products will be delivered no later than 30 days from the validation of your order. If this period is exceeded, you may, under the conditions provided by law, request cancellation of your order and reimbursement of the amounts paid.
The timeframes indicated above are provided for information purposes only, in business days. A reasonable delivery delay cannot give rise to damages or cancellation of the order, except under the conditions provided by the Consumer Code.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is dispatched, so that you may track its progress.
Damaged, Lost, or Undelivered Parcel
We invite you to check the condition of your parcel upon receipt. If it is damaged, we recommend that you make reservations with the carrier and contact us as soon as possible.
In the event of a parcel not received or lost in transit, please contact our customer service at contact@fragrancepassion.fr: we will open an investigation with the carrier and, where applicable, proceed with a reshipment or refund in accordance with applicable regulations.
