Here is the main part. This document is the standard generic Shopify template: legally inspired by North American law, it contains almost none of the mandatory clauses required under French consumer law. I have rewritten it for you as complete and compliant Terms and Conditions of Sale, keeping the useful articles and adding everything that was missing.
What was missing (and what I added)
Your text did not include any of the following mandatory clauses: the seller's full identity, prices including all taxes and VAT, payment terms, the right of withdrawal in detail, statutory warranties (conformity + hidden defects), delivery and transfer of risk, mediator (placeholder pending your membership), French law expressly. I have included them all.
What I removed or corrected
North American terminology ("provincial, state, federal"), abusive warranty exclusions (article 13, illegal in France because you cannot exclude statutory warranties), article 18 "applicable laws" without specifying which ones, and the Gmail email address replaced with contact@fragrancepassion.fr.

Article 1 - Purpose and scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "T&Cs") govern sales of products concluded on the www.fragrancepassion.fr website between Fragrance Passion and any customer acting as a consumer (hereinafter the "Customer"). Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs. The terms of use of the website outside the act of purchase are governed by our Terms of Use.

Article 3 - Products
The products offered for sale are those displayed on the website on the date it is viewed by the Customer, subject to available stock. Each product is accompanied by a description presenting its essential characteristics. The photographs illustrating the products are as accurate as possible but do not form part of the contractual scope; any inaccuracy, particularly due to the rendering of colours on screen, shall not give rise to the seller's liability.
Fragrance Passion reserves the right to modify its product offering at any time. The products comply with current French legislation.
Article 4 - Prices
Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), with applicable French VAT added to the price excluding tax. They do not include delivery charges, which are charged additionally and indicated before the order is confirmed.
Fragrance Passion reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that products are invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 5 - Order
The Customer selects the products they wish to order, adds them to their basket, checks the details of their order and its total price, then confirms the order after accepting these T&Cs. Validation of payment constitutes conclusion of the sales contract.
Fragrance Passion reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a Customer with whom there is an existing dispute, or in the event of an abnormal order in terms of quantities or use manifestly inconsistent with personal consumption (resale, distribution).
A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the Customer.
Article 6 - Payment
Payment is made online, at the time of ordering, by the payment methods offered on the website (bank card, and where applicable PayPal or other indicated solutions). Payment information is transmitted securely and in encrypted form; Fragrance Passion does not have access to the Customer's banking data.
The order is only considered effective after confirmation that payment has been received. In the event of refusal of payment authorisation, the order is automatically cancelled.
Article 7 - Delivery
The delivery methods, times and charges are detailed in our Shipping Policy. The products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when ordering. In accordance with article L.216-1 of the Consumer Code, delivery shall take place no later than 30 days from confirmation of the order, unless a different period has been agreed.
The transfer of risks of loss or damage to the products takes place upon physical handover of the product to the Customer. We invite the Customer to check the condition of the parcel upon receipt and report any anomaly.
Article 8 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason. The conditions for exercising this right, the applicable exceptions (in particular for unsealed products for hygiene reasons) and the refund conditions are detailed in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these T&Cs.
Article 9 - Statutory warranties
Regardless of any commercial warranty, the Customer benefits from the following statutory warranties:
The statutory warranty of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code), which allows the Customer to obtain repair, replacement or reimbursement for a non-compliant product. The Customer has a period of two years from delivery of the product and is not required to provide proof of the existence of the lack of conformity during the 24 months following that delivery.
The warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code), which allows the Customer to obtain a price reduction or reimbursement in the event of a hidden defect rendering the product unfit for its intended use.

Article 10 - Personal data
The processing of the Customer's personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which we invite the Customer to consult.
Article 11 - Intellectual property
All elements of the website are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited, in accordance with articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.
Article 12 - Liability
Fragrance Passion is automatically liable for the proper performance of the sales contract, under the conditions and within the limits provided for by articles L.221-15 et seq. of the Consumer Code. Its liability may be excluded in the event of fault by the Customer, an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or force majeure.
Article 13 - Complaints and mediation
For any complaint, the Customer may contact our customer service at contact@fragrancepassion.fr or by post at the registered office address.
In accordance with articles L.611-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to have recourse free of charge to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of any dispute, after first attempting to resolve it directly with our customer service.
The Customer may also use the European online dispute resolution platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Article 14 - Severability
If any of the provisions of these T&Cs were held to be null or unenforceable, the other provisions would remain fully valid and enforceable.
Article 15 - Amendment of the T&Cs
Fragrance Passion reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in force on the date the order is confirmed.
Article 16 - Governing law and disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution or resolution through mediation, the competent courts shall be determined in accordance with the rules of the Code of Civil Procedure and the Consumer Code, and the Customer may in particular bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence.
