THE STORY : The 8th perfume in Thameen’s Treasure collection, Green Pearl, is inspired by the “Yemengzhu,” the legendary Chinese green fluorite “pearls.” This naturally phosphorescent mineral that literally glows in the dark is found only in China and is the most precious in the world. Highly prized by the Chinese because merely touching it is said to bring health, prosperity and good luck! Harder and rarer than the finest diamonds, the largest green pearl measures 1.6 meters in diameter and is valued at $3.1 billion!

THE FRAGRANCE : Green Pearl opens on a crisp green apple note highlighted by bright citrus accords of mandarin, neroli and bergamot. At its heart, supple rain-damp green leaves reveal green tea and the bitter green of Artemisia, still enlivened by a dusting of pepper. At the base, polished tonka bean sits atop oakmoss and the amber glow of musk. Green Pearl is a vivid olfactory gem infused with a verdant incandescence. It is eminently wearable and will cut effortlessly through heat and humidity with an energizing, purifying brightness.
