INNER CONTEMPLATION
Kyoto, Japan. In this alley lined with rose bushes, the air is saturated with the sparkling scents of fully bloomed flowers. Hidden at the end, the entrance to a Japanese garden, surprisingly mineral, where stones, gravel, and wood trace the path of life. A semblance of destitution that paves the way for an inner journey. Like suspended between two worlds, the mind is elsewhere. In search of enlightenment.

SONIA'S INSPIRATION
I drew inspiration from the dry gardens of Japan, so surprising. I have created a dreamlike olfactory translation, where sensations are as present as the mineral and plant elements that make up the garden.
