OJAR is a niche perfume house founded by Sheikha Hind Bahwan, an Omani public figure and entrepreneur, born from her deep passion for perfumery and the heritage of the Sultanate of Oman.

Its name is a direct tribute to HOJARI — considered the finest incense resin in the world, sourced from the majestic Dhofar mountains. This precious ingredient, deeply rooted in Omani culture and rituals, is at the heart of every OJAR collection.

Inspired by Eastern perfumery traditions and the travels of its founder, OJAR represents a fusion of fragrances from East and West. The house works with world-renowned Master Perfumers to create unisex compositions with a unique signature — fragrances that blend the finest raw materials across a palette of six olfactory themes, three of which are directly inspired by Oman’s landscapes: the sacred incense of the Dhofar mountains, the fragrant rose of Jebel Akhdar, and the precious honey of the Rustaq palm groves. Sandalwood, musk, and oud complete this world, bridging the two shores of global perfumery.
