There are many elements and thoughts that brought the almanera perfume to life... a game of chess where the freshness of star anise, the sweetness of dried fruits and caramelized sugar, the warmth of rose and (white) milk prevailed. But above all, it is the promise of the smell of coffee that won... that small amount of black liquid which, for many, represents the beginning and the end, but which, in any case, always represents a certainty...
